Departments
Super Stars is about fostering young people’s ability. Understanding that students may find themselves in super stars for a variety of reasons and meeting those needs. Sometimes the goal is as small as entering the classrooms and sometimes is it to pursue a professional career. Super Stars see all our students as equals, we work as a team where everyone is seen and heard.
We strive to make Super Stars as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Our students are front and centre in all that we do, from our weekly classes to our productions.

About Super Stars

Super Stars Cork is one of Cork’s leading providers of performing arts education for children and young people, delivering high-standard training across Performing Arts, Music, Acro and Gymnastics. Established in 2010 by Kate Gaffney Dip (hons)VCM,AVCM,FVCM, Super Stars has grown to provide more than 200 classes every week across multiple Cork locations, while remaining committed to the belief that excellence and genuine inclusion should go hand in hand.

Our students are taught by experienced specialist teachers, with clear opportunities for progression at every level. Within our Music Department, students can work towards Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM) examinations, alongside performance opportunities throughout the year. Our Acro & Gymnastics Department combines structured skills development and assessment with opportunities for students who wish to progress into competitive Acro, while continuing to provide high-quality recreational training for students of all abilities.

Super Stars Cork is also proud to be a partner of The Lir Academy at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s National Academy of Dramatic Art, further strengthening the opportunities, expertise and professional connections available to our students.
